Ithaca Population: 30,000

Skaneateles Population: 7,400

Victorian mansions overlook the tranquil waters of Skaneateles Lake as lazy boats bob on the horizon, and upscale boutiques watch over the beach along Main Street on Route 20. Like a pastel painting, this Finger Lake town is strewn with charm and beauty at every turn.

Thousand Islands
With water lapping the shores of Alexandria Bay, soft winds whispering tales of times gone by, and little boats bobbing up and down in rhythm with the gentle tide at the Clayton dockside, the Thousand Islands region is a soothing repose from stress.

Utica Population: 61,000
Large homes, small streets, winding river of historic repute, the romantic remains of the Erie Canal and the countless stories of success and wealth are all part of Utica’s past and the role that it played in the industrial growth of the state.
