More than a hundred sandy beaches set the scene on Long Island, Manhattan's water-washed neighbor and home to popular summer vacation destination, the Hamptons.
This trail leads into the Rawah Wilderness, it is very heavily used and is closed to stock use. The trail follows the Fall Creek drainage to Blue Lake. There is no camping allowed within 1/4 mile of Blue Lake. The Blue Lake area affords panoramic views of the Mummy Range and Rocky Mountain National Park.
