Description
In addition to a well-rounded assortment of ceremonial objects and decorative arts, The Jewish Musuem also boasts as part of their permanent fine art collection paintings, sculpture, photography, prints and drawings, as well as a fascinating selection of ancient artifacts, all of it associated in some way with the Jewish people. Special exhibits range in theme from history, like the mysteries of the Dead Sea Scrolls, to 20th-century topics like Russian Jewish Theater, with special hands-on exhibits targeted specifically to the younger audience.
